The Customer Service Apprenticeship is made up of four key elements:

  • A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ)
  • Key Skills
  • Technical Certificate
  • Employment rights and responsibilities.

This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Apprentices enjoy on-the-job training towards nationally recognised qualifications at Levels 2 and 3, guided by our professional assessors who provide one-to-one support and advice throughout the programme.

Apprentices usually start training at Level 2 depending on their qualifications and ability. This is identified at an initial assessment.

Course content
Subject areas include:

  • Developing customer relationships
  • Delivering good customer service
  • Impression and image
  • Handling and resolving problems.

Who should apply?
Ambitous school/college leavers interested in pursuing a career in customer service.

Level 3 is ideal if you are working as a supervisor or manager and want to progress in a customer service role.

Duration
Apprenticeship: 12 months
Advanced Apprenticeship: 12 - 18 months.
